I have Triple-D (Axle) Radeon 8500 rated at 250/250. Here how it looks http://www.pcasl.com/chinese/manage/news_200/2002923155658.htm , thats not the same trade-mark but i uses the same PCB layout. I can overclock the core speed at about 310 stable, but if I try at mem higer than 253mhz it gain artefacts. I think that the ram can go a lot higher it is HYNIX HY5DV641622AT-4 like the most of the GeForce 4 4200's. The card uses 2 RichTek RT9203 CS4F42 voltage controler http://drn.hit.bg/DS9203-01P.pdf I think that the one for the ram voltage is located at the top of right upper corner. I soldierd variable resistor at 5kohm to 3 and 7 pins and it was tuned at 2500Kohm and I slowly lowered the ohms and mesuring the 3.3 voltage, but the only think i happened was the 2.5v voltage ot the ram lowerd, and at about 1volt the screen beckome black. I turned off the computer. When I unslodierd the resistor the card worked perfect. I thought that I used the wrong chanel i tried at the other 3 to 8 pins and it was the same only lowed the 2.5 voltage.
10X for the help.

have you tried the "normal" vmod on xbitlabs or overclockers.com?
