Only $309.00 for a chip that has been seen doing 2.7 - 3.0 on air. Not bad. I may be selling my Newcastle.

Zipzoomfly and Monarch have had the 3500+ Winchester for several weeks and ZZF is cheaper for the Retail box than New Egg. ZZF and Monarch both include free shipping too, whereas New Egg charges additional for shipping.

newegg's fedex express saver is equivalent to ZZF's over night

ZZF holds your order for 3 days before shipping it out then ships you a MISADVERTISED PRODUCT!

yeah.. you 6800 Gay Edition owners know how i feel

Maybe that's your personal experience but we have done Biz with both New Egg and ZZF for years and I'd rate ZZF higher. They've never held any of our orders. As others have reported NE claims to have a "warehouse malfunction" resulting in them NOT shipping XP-90 heatsinks. The truth is they don't have the heatsinks and they are trying to purchase them from other vendors. That's why our order last week was split shipped and other NE customers are still waiting for their XP-90s.

BTW, you PAY for NE's Fedex 3-day service whereas ZZF's Free 2nd Day is actually FREE as is Monarch's shipping.

Oh yeah, and the good folks at NE jacked their prices on 939 3000+ CPUs $30 last week and the 3200+ 939 was jacked $60. When everyone found out that ZZF and Monarch were $50-$75 cheaper on the Retail Box version of the CPUs I can imagine NE's sales dropped like a rock and this week they have lowered the 3000+ back to reality. You can only gouge for a short time until people find a more honest supplier like ZZF and Monarch.

Monarch's 939 CPU prices have been steady the past two weeks. ZZF dropped the price on the 939 3000+ $3. this week. Other than that these two have maintained the normal AMD pricing structure while NE got greedy and price gouged. Very unbecoming and the reason why our company will only buy from NE if we can't find the product some place else.

I might be picking one of these up, depending on if my brother wants my current system ;)

BTW, for those who have been waiting on XP-90's from New Egg, they finally admitted they have no stock even though for a week they claimed they did...

SVC Computer DOES have stock on the XP-90 & XP-120 and their prices and service has always been good. The Heatsink Factory also has Thermalright stock but they are closed for two weeks.
