Ever since yesterday, I have been getting the error Stop 0X0000008E on bootup. I reset my bios and it worked fine, but then I noticed that I only get ths error when booting up with the year 2004. I really don't know why that would give me a blue screen on startup to have the year 2004 set in the bios, but I have no problem using my computer like usual with any other year set in the bios. I can't find any other cases of this on the internet, everyone else gets this error in the windows xp setup or if they have erroring ram, my ram doesn't error, my computer is 100% stable 24/7 at 3.6ghz, 240mhz ram. I hope that someone knows the answer to my problem because it really boggles my mind.
