didn't get much help in main oc forum so gunna try here

Ok guys comming here cause from all what I been reading and learning you guys seem to always have a good idea about performance issues etc.

I have my lga 775 3.0 in a soltek-865pro-775 motherboard so basically its one of the hybrids. i have ocz EL platinum Edition Rev 1 ram

the timmings are 2 3 3 5 right now @ 2.7 volts frequency is 209.1 MHz

from CPU Z

voltage 1.552 - 1.554
core speed 3920.9 Mhz
Multiplier x 15.0
FSb 261.4
Bus Speed 1045.4 MHz

now here is the problem my pi times was 38 at 3848
since I have gone to 3.92 the pi times for 1 million digits got 10 seconds worse.

Any ideas how to fix this performance issue? any help would be nice

When the P4 goes over a certain temperature, it starts to automaticly downclock. What are your temps?
