Peltier and Aircooling

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possable to use a peltier with an air cooling setup??

I have used one with a watercooling setup and have had good results, but are they too serious to use with aircooling?

You'd need a very hefty heatsink to handle it ... slk800 w/tornado ? Even then i doubt it would be nearly as effective as a watercooled setup. Just what i think though ... i don't really know!
