Crack a Linksys router

I got this assignment from my boss.
He setup a Linksys router with encryption and such, and now he asks me to see if I can hack myself into it. This is where I need some help.
I don't know any programs or anything to get into it.
He wants to test if its safe enough to put into our meeting rooms, without having to be afraid of hackers.

For now it has WPA-PSK encryption and uses TKIP encryption.
It doesn't have a MAC filter or an IP-filter.

Can any1 help me how to test it?

lalPOOO is correct, even though you've posed a legit question, and aren't actually doing anything questionable, the solution to your situation would be of a questionable nature.

Probably best to close this, and offer you one simple bit of advice...

Try your question on a forum dedicated to network security and encryption.
