I took a look at this bios file, cause you can often find these boards dirt cheap on newegg, for about $30 used for the AMD64.

upon checking out this bios, it's got TONS of stuff to unhide and fiddle with.
some alittle more risky then usual.
like I don't know what will happen if you try to enable 32bit HT.
16 bit HT is generally the fastest I ever seen.

but, Heres the mods to this Bios.

1. Unlocked the Vcore. 1.5 volts to +.75 mV should now selectable.

2. Hammer FID control Unlocked.

3. Hammer VID control unlocked.

4. 1T/2T now selectable.

5. 300 and 500 mhz HT speeds now selectable (might show as 1.5 and 2.5 under the HT menu)

6. HT speeds unlocked the 2 bit, 4 bit, and 32 bit options.

7. ACPI function now able to be enabled or disabled. (you will have to reinstall your OS if you mess with this)

8. All Voltages are now displayed in PC health status.

IF you want this BIOS, then PM me and I will email it to you.
But like always.
you do this at your own risk.
no ones making you mod anything, it's your choice to take the chance or not.
all I did was unhide, and make these options available.

nothing else was touched in the bios.
theres no extra hidden FSB to unlock other then a 232 max.
but the extra voltages, and such should help you max it out.
the Multiplier and such control shouldn't be much help with only a 232 max FSB but it's there if you wanna fiddle with it.

well it's cheap, and it's there to mod.
plus, I have one coming for a seti machine.
might as well mod it :)

if it's any good, is another question indeed.
SIS?
ECS?

but for $30, even a few mhz OC is ok.

Bought one of these refurbed from Newegg for 34 bucks delivered plus a Sempron 64 2600. I did the Modbin6 thing to unlock the 1t settings and the vcore +.75. With generic DDR400 ram it does 250htt @ 2ghz stable now with the 166 memory settings. Ran Prime95 for 11hours w/ no errors. If you can't do the Modbin thing you can use A64 Tweaker to disable the 2t timing. It gives the memory a nice little boost. But without the bios mod you have to do it manually everytime you reboot.
