Quoted for truth...LOL

Seriously though if your willing to switch to socket T the intel 550's seem to be doing pretty well on phase change. I would definatley go with presshot,they are much better at high speeds. Either that or you could try a 90nm 3500+ or so.

ok the EE is out of question, does intel make a mobile processor with thesame pin 478 as a desktop, or better yet does a desktop motherboard can support a mobile proc. i wanna mention that my sager lap-top is intel 865 core logic and desk-top 478pin northwood-not this case...you know what i mean by a mobile proc :)

yeah...those are made, but they seem a bit odd when you try and overclock them. they default to the lowest multi, but the computer reads it as the highest.
24x133=3.2ghz processor
but say the lowest multi is 14.
14x 133= 1862mhz. but the computer reads it as a 3.2ghz processor
