P4 Benching Questions

I know Win2k is the ideal OS for benching 2k1, but what about 2k3 and 2k5? Is there any benefit from disabling the paging file if I am running 1GB of RAM? I know the absence of a paging file helps SuperPi, but I'm not sure about 3DMark. Also, will there be any difference in scores between DX8.1 and 9.0c on Win2k benching 2k1? Thanks for your time guys. I'm getting ready for an overhaul that will take place over the weekend, and time is of the essence. :)

3.0c/2.4c, P4C800, TCCD
x800 Pro flashed to XT

Alright, I seem to have gotten mixed up in all the posts. Anyone have any info concerning the paging file or different directx versions?
