Is it me or now:
1) Even if you have >100 posts, you may not upload an avatar. ?
2) The theme is not changeable (colours, the vbulletin logo up top) etc. ?

100 you should be able to upload your avatar now, as long as it's not too big.

just out of curiosity did you change the max size of avatars????? cuz i can use me otep one i think or some others are too big?

no, the new set size is too small :D
