I have a question (prebuy a cascade), here in italy we use alot dry ice to OC.. my question is,a good duall cascade is better then dryice ?
a duall on the evapor is around -116 right?
but on the processor under load?
to make you undestend, on my vapocill, I have -40 at 4.550mzr load while the processor is around -8-10°wath wuld be the temperature on a duall cascade?

seeing how u can get a 2 stage cascade to lower than -100C, cpu temps mite be around -80 i guess..this def beats dryice which is around..-50 on cpu(i ythink)

I think kingpin with his rig is getting -80 core temps.

seeing how u can get a 2 stage cascade to lower than -100C, cpu temps mite be around -80 i guess..this def beats dryice which is around..-50 on cpu(i ythink)
we made few run with dryice, and the temp dropped to 30°-35° under an extreme load....

hmmm, i dunno, i thought dryice..as its pretty easy to use could prob hold temps better, but thx for theinfo detonator..lol, u should def go for cascade :D

Did you have some alcohol in the DI tube? How thick was your DI tubes base?

Im pretty sure he meant -30 .. -35 celcius :D
Otherwise he forgot to put ethanol in the tube. If so, it build up a gas between the base and the dryice, preventing heatchange. I think dryice hold's temps a lot better than phasechange.

this was for sure a 26 but the sistem hanged, we waited untill the full block was frezzed then we started to bench to the 15 lop......
