The sizes changed with the upgrade to vb3. The new size is much smaller.

argh, kazoo, i need help, i wanted to change my avatar, didn't see a way to delete it so i choose the option to not have one..but now i can't put another avatar up..as the button is always filled in, even when i click on it

No, I don't even seen a button to change it from what I have. There is only delete & reset.

fixed the problem, seems Fugger/Kazoo placed or had members in usergroup Xtreme Member which had permissions set to no custom avatars/profile pic uploading while regular Registered Usergroup had the permissions allowed

while we're at it
i wonder why the dark area around the avatar is so big in some peoples posts
EDIT: looks like it's because i'm using opera. doesn't occur in ie

weird... i dont get that... yeah, looks like an opera problem, email opera and maybe the jellsoft people
the size still needs to get fixed! its still only 125x125 :/
