Will this stuff always stink this bad?...giving me a headache? do i just have to seal the container?

Yes it will smell. Yes seal the container because if you don't you will lose some efficiency and the denatured alcohol will evaporate if not airtight.

You're exposeing it to the air? Its a volitile fluid, and it burns. If its methanol, it'll also cause blindness if inhaled.
