Any Tools Out There To Edit The 3D Ram Speeds of FX Videocards?

I been trying to find a way to edit the 3d ram speeds of a 5900XT I have here.
editing the core speeds works just fine, but editing the ram speeds is another ordeal in itself. see I change the speeds of the ram speed, but it's only effective in 2D.

say I set the ram to 900, but when I check the ram speeds for 3D it's still 850.
so editing the ram speeds only changes the 2D speeds, not the 3D.

this was with omni extreme 1.5.
I also tried X-editor.
neither of these allow me to change the 3D ram speeds.

does anyone know a program that will allow me to change the 3D ram speeds?

Hi, you can change the 3D mem speed all day long with coolbits, BIOS Editor etc. but it wont work.
The forceware drivers with fx5900 only use the 2D and dont do switching of mem speed modes, they ignore whatever you set for 3D.
