[HELP] Building a Water Chiller

first of all sorry me for my bad english but i am italian and only 17 :D

Then it must be a 1/5hp...
then i thinked to do a water chiller for my pelt ^^
then here is the problem, how to attach it at the 220v tension(the home one here is 220v 50Hz) because he have a strange think, like a relè on the left...
then how i can make the evaporator??

cant help you with that compressor, sorry. ask the people in the phase change section, that section is full with gurus who know everyhting about compressor based cooling :D
