Hi fellas,

I know this ain't gonna hand me any bragging rights, it's just that I felt this case needed a window...

Don't mind the ugly Plexwriter, it's being swapped for a nice black drive.
Pretty basic, I know, but tell me what you think.

Miles.

Thanx for the nice comments guys.

I went kinda save on this one. You can't go wrong with black, blue and chrome.

Probably chrome C channel molding. You can buy it at auto stores and stuff like that. I got some at Canadian Tire, but I get this strange feeling you don't have any canadian tires in Arizona... :p:

Edit: Why buy a new drive when you can just paint the one you have?

is it just lights around the edges of the window?

HawainPanda,
The chrome mold indeed came from a car parts store, it's intended to be used on the edge of the doors to prevent scratches.

lalPOOO,
The drive used is an old 12/10/32 drive. Just bought a new black combodrive to be able to play / read DVD stuff too, and write CD-R(W)'s a lill faster. (Aopen model 5232)

Attitudx,
Thanx ;)

Tricknasty,
There's 2 30cm blue CCFL's used, one just above, and one under the window (horizontally, fixed to the case). This way I get a nicely even spread light in the case, not obstructed by the GFX card (as would happen using one light).
