opinions wanted on my water chiller. how low will it go, and how far out do I need to

opinions wanted on how low my temps will get C at my block and for my cpu temps, assume 2400+@2400-2500mhz 2.0v or so.

Also, how far out should I insulate. I have a maze 3 and will probably be using a 8K5A2+ since my 8K3A+ decided to fubar itself last night for no good reason. Think bios chip died.
