Hi, to you all. I'm new here and my english is bad becaus german. I've got a short question about volt mod Leadtek gf4 ti4200(64MB 4ns Eltron, nv25 A3 Stepping 310/ 550 w/o volt mod).
The problem is i want to mod the vmem ( SC2602S chip ),
but i have only lying around a 1 kohm vr. My question is can i do it like macci on pin11 & pin14 or can i do it by connecting pin14 and ground.
And if somebody has done the mod with this regulator chip, can
you post which pins, how high the resistance (700 kohm? , 1kohm?) is and how much voltage you get on vmem.

x-men,

Welcome to Xtreme :)

I can't help you with which pin to use, but macci posted suggested resistance to use for specific voltages here:

Got it work with 1 kohm resistor at pin 14 and ground.(The same as sc1102). Have 3.92 volt on mem.....but nothing can't go higher than 550Mhz. Any suggestions why?

You've got 3.92v going thru the memory now and can't OC any further? Are the chips hot?

Chips are little bit warmer as before but not really hot ( and they are also passiv cooled by Leadtek standard cooler. Testet it with artivact tester and ut2003 direkt after boot. UT shows at 570 (instead of 550 before volt mod) after 20 sec artifacts.

Well, for my A250LE, I'm able to hit 330/584 with the Vmod using the 5k pots. And for the mem anything above 584 will show artifact. Think the stock cooling is just not good enough for my case.
