help with physical memory

hi, when i'm on my comp, i get the blue screen of death and it sez, beginning of dumping physical memory and it just resets my comp. wut the hell is that and how can i fix it? i have 1gb of pc3200 corsair twinmx ram.

epox 8k3adj
amd64 3000+
atiradeon x800 xt pe
