Opps, My rig: XP1600@155fsb,Ati9700, 768mb Samsung ddr 2100. Cpu is still locked.

When you go to the ORB and select "Matching your active project (appr. CPU speed)" where are you on that list?
That should give you a real good idea where you are lacking.
