This motherboard is based on the nforce2 400ultra.

So I guess it must be able to change multipliers.
Only, this option isn't included in the bios.

would you be able to implement these?

No, it´s not possible to implement that.
Even if it could, it wouldn´t be an easy thing to do.
Simply use pinmod, i tried it and it works great.
Mine is at up to 247FSB now!
