Hi guys..

I've been looking around this board for some time now and i have come to this conclusion...

I want to build my own chiller...

I'm a lucky guy because i've got access to almost everything you need to build a chiller...

The things i have at the moment is:

Brand new Danfoss SC15CL R404a/R507 compressor w Condensator
A digital thermostat rated to minus 99c
Access to R404a/R507
Cobber pipes.. any size
A big chunk of copper
Tons.. and litteraly tons of alu..
CNC
MIG+TIG Welding equipment
Stainless steel hoses.. any size
Also got some kind of wires that produces a small amount of heat to defrost.. Don't now if they could come in handy.. (from a refrigerator..)

What i need now is help with the setup.. Whether i should choose WC or DD.. What kind of tubing and so on...

Please help me guys, (Hope it doesn't sound like i wan't you to build it for me) it has really taken me some time to get my hands on these things... Links and all kinds of advices will be appreciated..

have you ever built one before? ...most start off with AC units ready made and "turn" them into chillers.

u may wanna do some research before you start.

go WC if you want to cool more than just one component. Go DD if you want to just cool ur CPU for ex.

Tubing: 1/2" ID ...Tygon R -3603 is best and can handel the low temps.
