I dont really get how u can overclcok memory. I see in the bios>memory like numbers like 3T,3T,3T,7T. what should i do with these numbers?

Set them as low as you can. :D Use something like Sisoft Sandra memory benchmark to see the difference it makes.

That's not overclocking though, just optimising the timings. I think what you mean is raising the fsb (front-side bus) speed, which means the memory is running at a higher frequency, i.e. faster.
