Supposedly it is.
Just testing one that I received from the last sale and on my 2.45GHz AMD XP-m setup... unloaded is 4.97v-5.00v while fully loaded is 4.95v-4.97v. This is after a tiny adjustment of it's internal +5v/+12v adjustment VR.
So far it's acting like a pretty damn good power supply. Feels as solid as all my Fortron Source/Sparkle power supplies and it actually seems to have a stiffer +5v rail. :eek:

I had gotten one earlier also for $20. It weighed about three to four times as much as my generic 350W. Now at least I know fluctation in my voltages are mobo related. Is there any voltage changing internally my 12v is runing 11.8 I'd like it to be 12.3-ish.

Link is dead, But if it's the Painted up one, Yes it is ugly, But even for 2 times the price it's a good deal. I bought 10 of the 450 watter's when they were $14.99, I whored 5 of them on ebay for more than double plus shipping. And the rest upgraded folding rigs.

I'm still very impressed with these. That one I posted about last week is still rock solid running 24/7... and I actually like all the lights now. :lol: Took a while getting used to them, but after my 4yr and 2yr old both really liked them... I stared to like them. ;)
