Wpcredit Settings Kt400

I found a forum addressing the wpcredit settings for cooling:
D2 bit 7 for STPGNT
D5 bit 1 for HLT
the info came from AMDMB.COM (http://www.amdforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=163826&perpage=15&pagenumber=1)
Has anyone tried these and does anyone have any other settings for increasing performance?

I use D2-E8 and D5-0E for cooling (halt) other then that I havn't tryed any preformance tweaks.
