Pump Relay Switch Broken?

ok i can run the meanwell straight from the power outlet so it's not the PSU. i'm using Pump Relay Switch Kit2 and it seems not to be working. I followed the guide @ Cooltechnica but still it doesn't work. I can hear the click sound when i power the system but the meanwell isn't turning on. any ideas? please help me.

here's how i wired it
| - green
| - white | - black from PRS (going to N/O)

white green and black (from the PSU cable no PRS) are going to meanwell like this

if you have any idea what could be wrong please let me know. i made sure it wasn't touching any metal object resulting in possible short. thanks in advance.

i bought it form someone so i don't have recipt or anything like that. can i check somehow if it's still under warranty? i know it's swiftech kit2.

call swiftech up ...say its broken and see wot they say :D

they're closed now but i sent em email and will give em a call on monday.

in addition to all that cr@p ;) the wires from the power on button disconnected from the back of the power button because the front cover was hanging on those wires and it fell taking the wires with it (must be my lucky day). i tried to resolder them but it didn't work. well i'm just gonna have to power it up from the mobo for now until I find some sort of a switch.
