I know BGA ram is a little more sensitive than FPOP ram. How high do you gentlemen overvolt BGA ram for benching?

I have a R8500LE 128Mb that has 3.6ns BGA At stock volts (2.85v) the ram would crap out 310Mhz, at 3v it went up to 320Mhz, by crapping out, I literally mean artifacting the whole screen and what not.

I can get the core to 350Mhz but when I have to run the ram at 317.5MHz I get lower scores than my potential.

So the question is, how high can/should I bring the voltage during benching. I have chilled water cooling so the whole card is decently cool when benching (ram included).
