As far as I know all the 2.5ghz (100fsb) cpus are c1, someone correct me if im wrong. OCUK have them in stock...
Trouble is, a 25 multiplier wont do much for benches, you will never get the fsb up high enough.

I wouldn't get a 2.5 personally, default 100FSB means lower FSB even with big clocks, and lower mem speed. A 1ghz OC would mean only 140FSB, only DDR374, if you're lucky to get it that high.
