Ok here we go, as promised to some of you my chiller:

The mobo and all that (gotta love the messy insulation job :) )

Thats all there is, as for temps my fluke thermocouple tells me -28c idle and full load will pull that up to -22c

Res is made out of 1 inch think foam insulation (It came from an insulated box that was shipped to me with a christmas ham a few years back :) ) I just cut it to the size I needed then used silicon seal to hold it together. Tested for leaks overnight and thats it. No mess or other insulation was needed as its room temp on the outside even when my liquid is -25 c or more.

Anyway I know homedepot sells sheets of it (I would go 1 inch thick not any thinner) Probably snag a 4 by 8 foot sheet for 10 or less dollars I would think (not listed on the website as they wont ship boxes that big).

If you have other questions let me know.

Nothing stellar but I was amazed, 3.55ghz on water (rock stable) 3.6 gave me trouble.

With this I maxed out my chip 3.76ghz (its an old 3.0c not a 30 capper and not a slw6 stepping or whatever). I think I maxed it out here becasue if I go 2 fsb more (3.79 ish) It wont post no matter how many volts I give it or ram speed / timings or anything.

What amazed me most was that on water I needed 1.65 volts to get it to 3.55, now I can feed it 1.575 v at 3.75ghz and its 100% stable. Guess it helps that my voltage mosfet temps are at 11 - 12 C :D due to the whole board getting cold around the socket.

Anyway Ill probably pick up a 3.0 pressy once I get some more money :p: would love to get 4ghz + with this then.
