Some questions for FX5700 Ultra bios?

I use the amazing program "OmniExtremeEdit FX1.3" to change some thinks from my Chaintech FX5700U bios.
First of all I change the VGPU and the Clockrates. My next step is to change Memory Timings but I don’t know what to put.

Is there somebody that has flash his FX5700Ultra with a modded bios?

At the following I have a zip file with 3 bios.

Bios Version: 4.36.20.18.05
Ultra.rom --> The original Bios,
Ultra1.rom --> Modded bios, only VGPU (3D@1.5V, 2D@1.3V) and Clockrates 3D@500, 2D@350, Memory@1000,
Ultra2.rom --> Modded bios, memory timings 21-25-14-7-8@20-24-13-6-7.

ive plaed with my 5700U some, edited to get 1.5v GPU, im also stuck on memory timings, if we knock our heads together maybe we can come up with something :)
