Some Bestbuys in the midwest apparently sold some copies early, and they will likely be fined for breaking the embargo. Tons of random screenshots from multiplayer, etc, are starting to show up, so there definitely are retail copies out "in the wild"...

I have the game,,awesome is all i got to say about it. ain't no multiplayer servers up yet though.....lol..i wonder why
