does anyone have an idea?? I heard of people flashing back even when it does not post... in my case, it wont even post with a pci card in - it wont post with the 9800se in at all :(
on a slightly good news, I got a 9800pro to get me by...
bad side? I got 350 core.. lol
try restetting your cmos then setting ur pc to boot from PCI then put the SE in and reflash

Go into system bios set it to Init the PCI card first.
The GOOD news is you did get an R350 core. They will FAR out OC an R360.
