Today I made the outer shell for the evap, made of pvc (couldnt find copper anywhere) and the caps for thick plastic. I have a problem though. What do you suggest to seal the small gaps between the caps and the tube? Will silicon do the job? The small screws are there just to hold the cap in place and not to seal it.
Also, I am trying to find a way to "secure" the tubing for the secondary coolant on the caps (large hole). I thought about using some silicon but i am almost sure that after a while it will leak. What do you say?

P.S. Again, no copper is available around here
