6800GT BIOS / Ultra ?

hi all,

my card is the Gainward 6800 GT.

I want to flash it to Ultra Level. The Gt works with 420 / 1200 perfectly.

My second idea ist to modify the BIOS !

I want step the GPU Voltage can anybody ( Freak, Professional )

do it for me.

this is the first editor for the 6800 series bios's, i used this one to edit my bios and now i have 1.4v at boot and ultra speeds to. i tried 1.5v but the card did not not like that much.

this one is version 2, apparently some things have been changed, but i prefer the first one. just read the instructions befor you edit any thing, all you do is use something like nvflash(google it im sure youll find it some where) then boot to dos and backup your bios by typing nvflash -b original.rom, this will save it to the disk, then go into windows and start the program you downloaded, select open file and go to the floppy drive and select original.rom, then change the setting u want, save it as something different like new.rom, the boot into dos again and now type nvflash new.rom select y to flash when it asks, then it should now be done, if theres any probs just reboot to dos and type nvflash original.rom, then u will be back to normal.
