I have 2 partitions, one with win2k and one with xp. How do I get programs from win2k to xp partition?

What are the partition types? NTFS?
If the 2K one is FAT32, could be a bit hairy but probably still do-able. If both are NTFS, they should both show up.
If 2k is FAT32, might want to check out PartitionMagic's "DriveMount" (PM me if you don't have it).

They are both NTFS, I know they both show in my computer. How do I move a program I use in win2k to the new xp drive?:)

2K can be fat32 but you REALLY lose the power 2K has when you slect that file type.
stick with NTFS

I only use NTFS, but I need to be able to use programs I have in win2k, when I am working in xp. Without reinstalling every program. So how do I move or access programs like my email contacts or word or excel, that are in 2k when I,m in xp.

For Outlook, you need to take the .PST file from the 2K partition and import it in to your Outlook for XP.
As far as moving Word or Excel, I don't think that's really possible, since there are registry settings for those. I don't have any experience with that.
