Flushing the rad through

I just received my D-TEK Pro Core, but I have read, that it'll be best to flush it through.

Here's what I had in mind:

Bucket -> Hose -> Pump -> Rad -> Hose -> Back to bucket

Will this work? Or do you have a better solution? For how long should I flush it?

Will it be a good idea to assemble my setup and flush the whole thing through with destilled water, before I add the Super Cool (from D-TEK)?
