any tips on getting this deal? i started signing up for it using the info of the company i work for (medium-sized consulting company), but got nervous they would check it out. anyone able to get this deal, i'd be happy to work out a deal for it. this is far cheaper than anything i've seen.

I think it's over. But they didn't verify. Theres a thread over at OCforums of dozens of people who got it who never would have if they were verifying.
Do a search for k8v on ebay if you want one. There have been thousands of these combos listed in the past few weeks.

yup the deal is over but there is talk that amd will bring it back in a month or so....
