View Full Version : Pentium 4.........how hot is too hot ?

How hot is too hot (not good) for a Pentium 4 Northwood ? Personally I don't like higher than 55C full load........but if the chip can handle more, I'm fine with that. Do you know what's the upper safe temperature limit for the P4 (without throttling and degrading) ? Any document/article about that ?
