I popped open another new one today and it ends in "10"
It has different parts on it and ATI made a mistake and left the release liner on the TIM so the HSF came off leaving no TIM, or damaging it.
The TIM is now bright red.
About to mount the water block and take it for a spin.
TIM = Thermal Interface Material.

Somehow the liner was not cut deep enough for it to break free from between the two and folded near perfectly back onto itself during assembly. Take a sheet of paper and fold it in half and that is what you are seeing in that pic.
You can also see imprint of the GPU where I tried to clock it up and öööööed about a rev 10 330GPU max dud.
The card does 428/361 so far without any ram sinks or volt mods.

Ok, the "10" is the Canadian made board
the "11" and "13" are made in China

I have a 11...........and mine clearly says made in Canada.
I live in Canada and the card was ordered through a canadian distributor....not sure if this helps.

Hmm, I have a full set now.
10, 11, and a 13
The samsung ram has digits off to the right, 229 or 232 is this the week mfg code? 2002 week 29 and 32?

Hey FUGGER, I have a 10 Radeon 9700 Pro too... It's made in Canada and the DRAM reads 223...
Don't know if that helps or not, but thought you may be interested.
