i have been offering bios modding for those over at guru3d for a while now, and if anyone here wants a mod just zip up your bios and email it to me @ drunx0r@hotmail.com.
i can remove throttling completly and adjust memory timings. also you wont have to keep ocing when you use new drivers.

ps. i should probably say that i have experience mainly with 5900xt bioses, but im willing to try others.

what would you suggest for a Gainward FX5900 on a Vapo XE??
It runs at 529 core and 940 memory with the std BIOS.
What do you think?? can you up the core voltage? and better the memory timings??

yes, a 5900 can go up to 1.5v. (from 1.4) and are those speeds on the vapo? casue u could get over 700mhz if the core was still below 0°. i could loosen the timings if you want, but youd need some nice heatsinks on them.
what benches do you get right now?
