I'm sorry DDTUNG, I do not know which ICs is for the voltages :(
I have not found nothing in net for my Asus P4T533-r.
The firm voltage Rimm is only to 2.5v :mad:

I may be totally wrong here, but I believe macci has vmodded his P4T533-c, I'd imagine it uses a similar method. May want to checkout his guide which is here: http://www.vr-zone.com/guides/Madonion/3DMark2001SE/

In the least, it may help. :)

I've done the "How To" for the Vrimm and how to measure the Vrimm voltage over at TheNakedReview.com. Here is the link for page 3 which has pic to show the locations of the Regulator and Mosfet to measure the voltage.

Vcore can be done but this board was not very stable with Vcore above 1.65. If you have one of the newest boards, then the vcore increase above 1.8V might help you get a few more mhz especially if you are super cooling the chip.
