Danger Den TDX AMD poly top block 1/2" ID
Danger Den Maze4 chipset block1/2" ID
Aquaextreme pump(same as mcp600 from swiftech) 1/2" fittings
10ft 1/2" ID Tygon
Black Ice Pro 2 blue Radiator

hope this setup works. shouldn't be too restrictive of a loop, and that pump has good head

everything arrived today, now i start the planning. i'm going to empty my koolance case, replace the koolande radiator and waterpump/res with the new radiator and res, gotta drill some holes, and figure out how to mount the radiator up top without drilling more holes, and i got some more wire management to do.

tubes cut to length, and attached to blocks, right now its going pump-tube-radiator-tube-cpu-tube-chipset-tube-tupperware container with distilled water and water wetter, tube to pump. no bubbles, no leaks, somehow i have to take the tube off the inlet of the pump and connect it to the tube coming off the chipset block, without getting any bubbles, and i could just stick the pump in the tupperware container with the water, but i dont know if its safe to get it wet, especially around where the electrical wires go into it?!?!!??!!???

don't know how i'm going to mound the radiator either(paint on the Black ice'c chips way to easy too! :-(

all installed, few tiny little bubbles inside the lines after a few hours of leak testing, didn't see any when i installed it, i dont really care, i was tired and sick of working on it and just wanted to get it done, worked on it from 3pm to 2am took a break from 9:30-11:30. stupid 12v fan only line from the psu isn't powerful enough to run the pump, or my black light ccfl's, only the ccfl's are hooked up to it, i thought they worked on that line, but they are sooo dim, don't feel like even messing with it for now. pics tonight/tomorrow.

temps seem to have dropped by 8c from 40c to 32c while browsing. gonna jump in a game.

ARG, some weird problem, i'm using 1 IDE cable, DVDrom/CD-RW drive on master, 120GB storage WD drive set to slave. every time i put a cd into the drive, my computer freakin locks up.

Any particular reason why you have the hard drive and optical on the same channel? Dunno if that's a potential source of the lockup, but it sure might slow you down.

RE: the freeze, any chance you have Nero 6 on there? That works fine on my kids' machine but it kills mine every time. Hard freezes whenever I insert a disc.

LMK How that TDX Performs, I've got one here that works fairly well for me (have never seen temps above 40c on a P4C800-E):)

I wouldn't have the optical drive and HDD on the same channel, probably not the best idea.

still havent got around to messing with the hdd/optical drive on same IDE problem, havent inserted a cd, or even needed to anyway.

but i did get some pics, added 2 more 80mm fans to the front of case, so there is 1 in every spot possible now, 1 blowing on pump, 1 in empty bay, 1 in front of hdd's.
