it maybe your hardrive crapping out at the higher fsb speed and the 1 to 1 ratio with the 3 to 4 ratio it gives your hard drive more room to run. buti could be wrong I'm an AMD guy.
1 of these P4 guys has to have an idea :)
There is an Abit Ti4200 vmod in our gfx vmod section btw...just ask DDTUNG and I'm sure he can figure out the MX440 ;)
