I was just wondering if burning-in a CPU or RAM really works or if it is a myth.

And the follow up question is, for how long and at what speeds, ie 100% 120 % 140 % etc etc.

max it out 100% load for several days ...

cool, I want to hit 1900mhz... 8k5a+ on its way here shortly. my current 8k3a+ has a voltage drop problem which limits stable o/c. ... soon, very soon.
