Why is this so loud?

Hello, Iam in the process of making a water chiller using a 5200btu a/c. I have the evap fan off and its running nice and cold but the compressor is REALY loud, like a loud fridge is there anyway to get rid of that? (relieve some of the freon?)

Because:
1:AC compressors are high temp and are louder than medium and low temp compressors
2:its not tuned for waterchiller use
