will this radiator (http://www.highspeedpc.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HSPC&Product_Code=InnovaRad1&Category_Code=Radi) with a water chilled system or will it leak or crack the temps shouldnt be that low

If it's heat-exchanger for water, it will be okay.. but look at price,
the better and economical solution will be home made HX with,
for example, 2-4 meters copper tube, one meters cost couple dollars

well i can get it for 30$ thats why i wanted to know if iit will work
