Ain't the BH5 chips rated at 3.5 volts? Don't know about the modules though :o

Yah, I think winbond rates their chips for up to 3.5v.

Winbond rates them to 3.6V. Someone will come in here with their saved link of the specs of it to show everyone.

See the other thread ~"Is 3.3v too much." Same section... here. I'd say give the BH5 hell like everyone else, but as pretty as the winbond spec sheet is you are using an A64.

i just found out that i was running mine at 3.5v. it has been that way for about 5 months (laxt time i benchmarked.. so they have been running at 230 @ 3.5 for 5 months.. work fine... so i would say atleast 3.5 for 24x7. its funny, when they first came out people were worried about 3.2v, then after 6 months they aint dying still going strong.. i think as time goes on even further we will see they CAN handle 2.6v 24x7 for years... i think ur mobo will go out first. on any account i think 3.5v 24x7 is safe for your computer..
