First off, I'm a hardware, not software kinda guy. I'm no authotrity on script editing or programming of any kind.
I'm trying to modify the UT2004 Bechmark program. I have it fully running in a Batch file, to include automated flybys, but I want the nifty averaged screen display at the end, and the choice of resolutions at the beginning that the Benchmark offers. I edited it in MS script editor, and also tried editing in Notepad, Wordpad, and MS Word 6.0. I have acess to MS VB on this setup but haven't tried it yet. Each time I edit a line, the saved copy is unworkable. What gives? Am I missing something? Perhaps a built in checker of some sort?
