Is it possible to build a waterchiller to chill the water and then let it flow with negative temps through the CPU, NB , and GPU?
yes...most people run -30C water through their systems....

Where can i build it and is there a guide? i kinda wanna build it like in the case.

I wouldn't set your hopes too high, that computer took an extremely high amount of work to make their is no guide to make one.
