There is no problem running a liquid chiller 24/7, temperatures dosn't matter... of course when something run 24/7, it need to be professionally done. Liquid Chiller are alot like direct die systems, the only differnence is that the evaporator is in liquid.

What about phase 24/7?? I really want to go with phase but I need to run it 24/7 365.

All the liquid chiller here are phase change... i think you meant direct on die, well there is no problem at all, its the same hardware... it is still a compressor + condenser + evaporator.

I have to ask what do you mean direct on die?? That the phase change as the block on the CPU??

The die, is your cpu, the core of your cpu is called a die... or dye i dont remember right, but anyway, direct on die means the evaporator is directly on the cpu, in a liquid chilled system, the evaporator is usually in the liquid container. look at the chiller gallery, and (dod) direct on die gallery... you'll see what i mean.

Hope it helps!
